Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where a newly added category 'Fishing Rafts' in the English version of their WordPress site is visible, but its translation is not showing in the French version on the filter page.
Solution:
First, we recommended increasing the website's WP_MEMORY_LIMIT as the site did not meet the minimum memory requirements for WPML. The client should add the following lines to their wp-config.php file:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');<br />define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

Additionally, the issue with the untranslated category in the filter might be due to the 'default preset' filter being untranslated. We advised the client to add a translation for this filter and check if the issue resolves.
