How do I use default WP Editor

dominicJ-5	hello. I have WPML installed on 2 sites but they behave differently. Site 1 - I link pages in one language to another. So Contact US (EN) is linked to Contact Us (Spanish). This is done in the page editor. Site 2 - I am forced to use the translation tool in WPML and create duplicate content for the page. How do I change this so it is always the same as site 1? thanks
