Problem: The client is experiencing issues with translating a webpage using WPML. Some content appears in the translation pages, while other parts do not show up in the translation manager.
Solution: We noticed that the pages for each language might have been swapped, causing content to load incorrectly. The content that is not translating is likely created with a theme's default Elementor widget that lacks translation support. To resolve this: 1. Integrate translation support for the widget by following our guide on how to register page builder widgets for translation. 2. Use our tool to create the necessary configuration for custom Elementor widgets easily. Instructions for this tool can be found in our documentation on registering custom Elementor widgets for translation. 3. After adding the configurations, edit the Spanish page to ensure the content is in Spanish, then update the translation. This will allow you to see and translate the content from the Translation editor.
