Problem: You are trying to connect your site to WPML using the otgs-installer-plugin.3.1.10, but the plugins are not installing despite WPML being registered on the site. Solution: We recommend creating a new site key and re-registering your site. Follow these steps: 1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click on the Commercial tab. From there, select 'Unregister WPML from this site'. 2. Once the page loads, click on 'Register WPML'. A message will appear asking you to enter the site key. Click on 'Get a key for this site'. 3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to 'Production site'. 4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. Once you’re done, you can delete your old site key from your WPML account. If the issue persists, try temporarily disabling all plugins except WPML, as another plugin may be causing the problem. Additionally, check with your hosting provider to ensure they haven't blocked the following domains: wpml.org, cdn.wpml.org, api.wpml.org, api.toolset.com, and cloudfront.net.
