Problem: The client received an email about an unpaid invoice for automatic translation usage but couldn't find the outstanding invoice in their WordPress admin area. Solution: 1. Click on the Invoices sub-menu within the Translation Tools section to view and manage invoices. If the invoice is not visible there, access the WPML.org account and check the Payment history and invoices section for a comprehensive view of all invoices, including those for Pay-As-You-Go credits. Invoices are typically issued on the 3rd of each month for the previous month's usage.
