Problem: The client was experiencing issues migrating their site from guides-test.heyloyalty.com to guides.heyloyalty.com using WPML migration codes, which resulted in errors. Solution: We advised the client to check their WordPress Dashboard under WPML > Support > Troubleshooting to see if there was an 'ALIAS DOMAIN' section. If present, they were to remove the domain from there. Subsequently, they should navigate to WPML > Translation Dashboard, where a dialog box at the top of the page would provide a 'Migrate' option to follow the necessary steps for migration.
