Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where purchased translation credits for totara.com are visible in the WPML Account but are not reflected in Translation Management -> Tools.
Solution:
If you're facing this issue, we recommend you unregister and then re-register your WPML plugin. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and go to the Sites page.
2. Delete the existing site key.
3. Log in to your site, navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if it exists.
4. Click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link. This will generate a new key for your site, and you can also assign the credits using that popup.
6. Copy the key, paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.

El cliente copió un sitio en otro dominio y registró ese nuevo en WPML, pero no reconoce los créditos asignados a ese nuevo sitio.
Solución:

1. Visita esta página y haz clic en el botón de "añadir/eliminar créditos" para mover los créditos de vuelta a tu cuenta de WPML.org.
2. Luego, ve a esta otra página, elimina la clave del sitio actual, genera una nueva y sigue estos pasos en tu sitio web:
- Ve a Plugins > Añadir nuevo > Comercial.
- DESregistra WPML con la clave antigua.

Problem:
The client is trying to use prepaid credits for their main website, but the credits are currently on their build website. The main website is using a pay-as-you-go subscription instead of prepaid credits. Despite following the tutorial for transferring credits, the client cannot see any option to add or remove credits on their 'My Account' page, and the credits previously assigned to the development website are no longer visible.
Solution:
1. We clarified that you cannot assign prepaid credits to a website using a pay-as-you-go subscription. For more details, please see our documentation here.
2. To switch back to using prepaid credits, you might find this support ticket helpful: this ticket.
3. We manually assigned the 90k credits to the site ID provided by the client. You should now be able to see the assigned credits in your site's backend under WPML > Translation Management > Tools.
