Problem:
The client is unable to access the WPML options in the WordPress admin menu, receiving the message 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.' despite being an admin and having tried creating a new admin account, deactivating all plugins except WPML, and switching to a default theme.
Solution:
First, we recommend adding the following code to your active theme's functions.php file:

After adding the code, navigate through your site's backend or frontend, then remove the code and check if the WPML options are accessible.

If the problem persists, try recreating your WPML license key and registering WPML again by following these steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites and remove the key for your site.
2. Click on 'Add new site', re-add your site, and save the new key. Ensure you add it exactly as registered in your site's database (with or without 'https', with or without 'www').
3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
4. Click on 'Commercial'.
5. Click on 'Unregister WPML'.
6. Click on 'Register WPML' and register with the new key.

Check if the WPML menus are visible after re-registering.
