Problem: The client received an email stating that translations for their site were paused and additional credits needed to be purchased, despite manually entering translations and having automatic translation turned off. The client was unsure why the email was received and how to check credit usage or ensure manual translation settings were enforced. Solution: We recommended the client to check the WPML Translation Dashboard by navigating to WPML → Translation Dashboard in their WordPress admin area to look for any notices about paused translations and review credit usage. It was discovered that there were two entries for the client's URL, one of which was missing credits. We resolved the issue by merging these two entries, which should rectify the erroneous notification about needing more credits.
