Problem: The client is trying to replace the flags with text labels (NO and EN) in the language switcher at the top left corner of their site, but is unable to do so. Solution: We explained that the language switchers displayed are controlled by the AVIA builder within the Enfold theme, not directly by WPML. We suggested checking with the Enfold theme support team if there is an option to display language names instead of flags. The support link for Enfold is https://kriesi.at/support/. Additionally, if the client prefers to use a WPML-based language switcher, they can implement this using shortcodes or PHP code.
