[סגור] Translation stattus is in progress for more than 4 houes

Background of the issue:
I want to add a translated page in the Menu on my site קישור נסתר. I am trying to translate a page from English to Malay using WPML. I followed these steps: In the 'Page' dashboard, I clicked the 'gear icon' next to the Page name to translate it to 'Malay' language. The 'Page' translation status is 'assign to local translator'. I went to WPML > Translation > Translation Queue, and the 'page' translation status is 'in progress'. I clicked Translate action, did the translation, and clicked 'Save and Finish'.

Symptoms:
The 'page' translation status remains 'in progress' even after completing the translation, and I am unable to update the Menu with the translated page.

Questions:
Why is the translation status still 'in progress' after completing the translation?
How can I update the Menu with the translated page?
