[נפתר] Updated plugins and getting errors

Background of the issue:
I have updated the plugins on my site קישור נסתר and encountered issues.

Symptoms:
I am getting errors after updating the plugins.

After the plguins updated I got this error:

Then I disabled that plugin, that was working fine since years!!

After I disabled it now I have these messages in wp-admin:

WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is enabled but not effective. It requires WPML String Translation in order to work.

WPML String Translation is enabled but not effective, because WPML is outdated. Please update WPML first.

But there are no updates, and the plugins are on.

Questions:
How to fix this issue?
in /wp-admin/update-core.php I get "Your plugins are all up to date."

What to do now?
