Hi there.

Thank you for the confirmation.

Please let me know when exactly you completed that refund form from the page I shared with you.

It takes a few days to get the refund from our Accounts team (we, supporters, can't do refunds), but you get the refund back 100% if you are in the refund period, so no worries on that matter.

When did you complete that form?

Hello,

The Accounts department confirmed that they processed your refund a few hours ago. Since the payment was made via PayPal, the refund should be instant, and you should see the amount reflected in your PayPal account already.

Please check if the refund has been credited to your account. If it has, feel free to mark the ticket as resolved.
