Problem: The client has a widget with recommended posts created using WP Bakery that does not display a translation option, resulting in the sidebar widget showing the English version on all translated pages. The client also wants to remove the '(EN)' language code from the English version of the widget. Solution: We provided a workaround for translating the widget title: 1. Open the
file. 2. Locate the following snippet around line 124:

3. Replace it with the provided code that includes WPML filters and actions to register and translate the string. 4. Visit the page with the issue in the original language to register the string. 5. Go to WPML > String Translation and translate the string under the 'WordPress' textdomain. 6. Repeat these steps in the

file. For the issue with the YARP plugin, we opened a separate ticket.
Problem: The client is unable to translate certain elements on their website, including a sidebar created with the Visual Sidebar Editor plugin for WPBakery Visual Composer, the word 'Recommended' within that sidebar, the YARP plugin for related posts, and the theme's comment section. Solution: For the comment section translation: 1. Navigate to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization. 2. Click to scan the theme. 3. Search for the desired strings within the 'huber' domain. 4. Translate the found strings.
For the sidebar and other elements that are not translatable via strings, we recommend reaching out to us for further assistance. If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.
Problem: The client's log file is full of database errors indicating 'Duplicate entry' issues, and the server was overloaded, with CPU usage at 100%. The client also mentioned that they are unable to access the Translation Management tab and encountered an error 500 when trying to filter to posts. Solution: IThis is caused by a known error:

Problem:
How can our translation manager get to Taxonomy translation tab to translate all the categories? He doesn't have the rights to get there. And doing it in the Categories in the WP administration is not good... Solution:
One possibility would be to make the user role of this translation manager as an 'Editor'. Since WPML 4.6.7 the editor role now has the capability to edit all translation (including taxonomies) which was possible only with admin roles before this WPML version.
