Problem: The client is unable to view or edit pages in the WordPress admin area; the pages tab appears blank. This issue occurs when WPML is enabled, but not when it is disabled.
Solution: We investigated the issue on a clone of the client's site and found that all pages are visible and editable when WPML is enabled, provided that a standard WordPress theme is used. The problem arises specifically when the custom theme 'MiNT' is active. This theme is not listed in our compatibility list, suggesting it may not be compatible with WPML. We recommend contacting the theme provider to check for compatibility issues or consider using a different, WPML-compatible theme.
Additionally there were memory and runtime limits of the server itself which caused the issue. Increasing the limits also helped fixing the issue.
