Problem: The client is unable to publish translations; although the translations are complete, the gear icons in the destination language columns do not change to pen icons as expected. Solution: 1. Ensure that the translations are updated and 100% completed. If the gear icon still appears, update the translation again. This is necessary because a security verification might have interrupted the communication between the site and our ATE servers, preventing the translation from being saved correctly. 2. Contact the hosting provider to disable the security verification that may be causing the issue. 3. Request the hosting provider to whitelist these hostnames: api.wpml.org, wpml.org, cdn.wpml.org.
