Problem: The client is attempting to transfer 2000 credits from the site nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to a new site nex.al.fhs.no/lms. The credits are still associated with the original site instead of the new one. Solution: We checked the credit status for both sites. It was found that the 2000 credits on the new site (nex.al.fhs.no/lms) were already used in full, and the original site (nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek) still has 2000 unused credits. Unfortunately, these credits are a one-time free deposit provided when creating a WPML key and cannot be transferred between sites.
