Problem: The client is trying to make the Revolution Slider multilingual on their website, translating it from German to English and Spanish. Although the slider works in German, it does not appear on the English and Spanish pages, showing only an empty space. We asked the client to provide site access credentials securely to further investigate the configuration. After receiving the credentials, we conducted several tests but the issue remained unresolved. We then requested a detailed, step-by-step description of how the client edits the header on the homepage to identify potential misconfigurations.
