Our second-tier support team resolved the issue where the section was missing by making a small modification: adding a text block and then removing it. This action allowed the missing text to appear in the Advanced Translation Editor. 2. Regarding the order of elements, it's important to note that the sequence in the Advanced Translation Editor might not match the front-end display. This discrepancy is normal and does not affect the translation process.

As a workaround, we recommended using a shortcode to add the video URL, which then could be translated via WPML's String Translation. Ultimately, the client discovered that the Avada video element already supported translating the video URL, which resolved the issue.
