Problem: The client is experiencing issues with hyperlinks not being translated despite following the guide on translating links with the Advanced Translation Editor. They are using WP Bakery version 7.0 and the Uncode theme, and provided an XML configuration that should enable the translation of links. Solution: 1. We confirmed that the client's XML configuration is correct. 2. We advised the client to slightly modify the original page, save it, and then re-save the translation to ensure the config is applied. 3. If the links on other pages are still not translating, we recommended following the steps in our article on translating links with the Advanced Translation Editor. 4. We also suggested updating the WPML plugin to the latest version (4.6.8) and its add-ons for the latest bug fixes and improvements.
