Remember to create a backup before taking any action. 2) Then go to the Glossary tab and click the 'Update Existing Translations' button. So filter for "Terms" at WPML -> Translation Management to find the custom post types. You can also directly search the title of one of the custom post to see which type the post type is listed on.
