Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the translation progress bar stops at 0% and no English pages are displayed in the page overview, despite having content in the translation manager.
Solution:
We recommend performing the following steps on your live site:
1) Navigate to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting (Direct Link)
2) Execute these actions:
- Clear cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from translation tables
- Correct element_type sorting
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Synchronize local job ID with ATE jobs
- Set language information
- Cancel pending automatic jobs
