Problem: The client was experiencing intermittent issues with the cart quantity not updating correctly on a WooCommerce site with Hebrew language set when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin was active.
Solution: We recommended the client to: 1. Create a full backup of the site. 2. Update all outdated plugins and themes. 3. Update WPML plugins from the Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab. 4. Flush any cache memory. 5. Check for issues in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> Status tab and fix them. 6. Use the Troubleshooting tool in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> Settings tab. 7. Deactivate all plugins and activate a default WordPress theme. 8. Reactivate WPML plugins, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual. 9. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the theme and other plugins one by one to identify the culprit. - Check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support. After following these steps, we updated the Woodmart core plugin to the latest version and left the site in a minimal setup. Since the issue could not be reproduced, we advised the client to reactivate the remaining plugins one by one to find the conflicting one.
