Problem: The client is experiencing 404 errors when navigating between pages in different languages after activating the Eventin Pro plugin. The issue does not occur when the Eventin Pro plugin is deactivated. Tests indicate that the problem is a conflict between the WPML plugin and the Eventin Pro plugin, and not with the theme or between the plugin and the theme. Resaving permalinks did not resolve the issue. Solution: 1. We conducted a test on a local server using the All In One WP Migration package and did not encounter the 404 error. 2. We edited the original pages, saved them, and applied the translations again, which seemed to solve the issue temporarily. 3. We encountered a JSON error when saving pages, which suggests the issue might not be directly related to WPML. 4. We asked the client to consult their hosting support regarding the Litespeed Server, as the issue could not be replicated on a local server. 5. We offered to migrate the site to our Cloudways server for further testing.
Further, the client added that using the subdomain feature; en.domain.com and tr.domain.com resolved the issue.
