Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the WooCommerce products shortcode does not display untranslated products on translated pages, despite these products displaying correctly on standard WooCommerce pages. This issue persists even after disabling other plugins and using a standard theme.
Solution:
We created a test site to replicate the problem, but everything worked correctly as can be seen here: https://beautiful-gong.sandbox.otgs.work/it/products-page-italian/. We recommend the client to disable all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce on their site to see if the issue still persists. Additionally, the issue was resolved by deleting the translated category, which allowed the untranslated products to display correctly.
