Problem:
The client changed their site's domain and encountered an issue where their WPML credits did not transfer to the new domain.
Solution:
We recommended the client to unregister and then re-register WPML on their new site using a specific key. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your site at https://casalcoliving.com/ and navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab.
2. If present, click the Unregister WPML from this site link.
3. Click the Register WPML link.
4. Enter the key:

xxxxxx

and press Register.

If this does not resolve the issue, the client should delete the existing site key and create a new one:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/

3. Follow the steps to unregister and re-register WPML as described above, including generating a new key for your site.
