After performing several tests, we determined that the issue persists with and without WPML and occurs even when only the essential plugins (Elementor, Elementor Pro, Ultimate Addons for Elementor, and WooCommerce) are active along with the Hello Elementor theme. We suggest the customer contact their hosting service team and the Ultimate Addons for Elementor team to investigate further.
In a second round of testing, our 2nd tier team tried the following in Ultimate Addons for Elementor with WPML plugins inactive:
Also, we notice that on the home page, there are many Ultimate Addons For Elementor - uael-flash-container widgets, but only the highest one is loaded each time. Therefore, we recommend checking with the Ultimate Addons for Elementor team and sharing your feedback.

Problem: The client was unable to translate the 'Sort By:' text in Arabic on their WooCommerce shop page, which is generated by the 'Filter Everything PRO' plugin.
Solution: We discovered that the 'Filter Everything PRO' plugin is not currently on our compatibility list. We attempted to use the WPML Multilingual Tools plugin to register the Elementor widget for translation, but it did not expose any strings for translation. We recommend that the client contacts the plugin author to request a compatibility update with WPML. Problem: The client's default website language is Arabic, but they have set their user profile to English to manage the dashboard in English. However, Elementor modules and settings are displaying in Arabic instead of English, despite the user profile language setting. Additionally, there was an issue with .mo files generation due to a non-writable folder. Solution: 1. We advised the client to remove specific files related to Elementor from the "plugins" folder located at "wp-content/languages/plugins/" instead of renaming the main "languages" folder, as this could affect other functionalities.
