Additionally, try disabling all plugins except WPML to see if the issue persists. This can help identify if any other plugin is causing the conflict. Remember to back up your database before making these changes. If these steps do not resolve the issue, the alignment can be corrected using CSS. Here is an example of CSS that you might use:

This CSS targets unordered lists (ul) with a class specific to the German language pages (.de) and aligns the text to the left.
