Problem:
The client was unable to find and install the WPML plugin and the OTGS installer from the WordPress dashboard.
Solution:
We advised the client to download the OTGS Installer from their WPML.org account at https://wpml.org/download/otgs-installer/?section=changelog. After downloading, they should navigate to their site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Uploads > Upload the zip file > then install the plugin and activate it. Additionally, we suggested downloading the plugins directly from https://wpml.org/download for manual installation.
