Problem: The client needed to know how many credits were left for automatic translations in WPML and inquired about the details of the credits used. Solution: We informed the client that they have 1200 credits remaining. These can be viewed by navigating to WPML --> Translation Management --> Tools. Additionally, we clarified that the credits used for automatic translations on the site cannot be returned. It was also noted that the first 2,000 free credits provided each month do not roll over to the next month.
