Despite increasing the memory limit and verifying settings in WPML > Support, the error persisted. Solution: 1. We visited the site and confirmed that the privacy page was displaying correctly in English at https://tuktukmadridtour.com/en/privacy-2/. 2. We recommended increasing the WordPress memory limit to at least 128MB by adding the following code to the wp-config.php file:
- This code should be placed above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */. 3. The root cause was identified as the footer template not being reviewed and approved for English. After reviewing and approving it, the issue was resolved.
