Problem: The client is unable to translate reviews on JetReviews as they do not show up with a '+' icon, nor in the string translation section. Solution: 1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation area. 2. Set "Jetreviews" to "Translatable" by selecting the middle checkbox/round box. 3. Save the changes. 4. Return to the page and refresh it; you should now see the '+' icon, allowing you to translate the reviews.
