Solution: We reviewed the client's account and confirmed the following credit details: Deposited credits: 374076, Used credits: 221652, Available credits: 152424. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding recent invoices, as none were issued post the client's last payment. We identified that the credits might not have been recognized due to an account mismatch possibly linked to an old account. After further investigation and adjustments, we unblocked the account. We recommend the client to test the system now to ensure it reflects the correct credit balance and no longer prompts unnecessarily for payment.
