Navigate to Plugins >> Add Plugin >> Commercial tab (of the site backend). 5. Click on "Unregister WPML from this site". 6. Refresh the page. 7. Click on "Get a key for this site". 8. Copy the newly generated code. 9. Return to Plugins >> Add Plugin >> Commercial tab. 10. Register the site with the new key. 11. Attempt to transfer the credits again.
