Problem: The client wants to use the same translations for domain.at as domain.de without translating all content twice for Austria and Germany, both speaking German. Solution: We recommend creating 'at_AT' as a custom language. This allows you to use our fallback method, where content will display in the original language if no translation is available, and also generate a translated permalink.
