- Fixed fatal error occurring whenever parse_url function returns false, due to malformed URL passed to our URL Converter
- Fixed a 404 error or wrong redirection when a translation has the same slug as the original and the post type is „displayed as translated“
- Resolved Catchable fatal error: Method WPML_Admin_Menu_Item::__toString() must return a string value
- Fix a browser redirection error when the first browser language does not match any available language.
Download and Update
You can get this release directly to the WordPress admin or download and install manually. To receive automatic updates, you need to register WPML on your site. Then, visit the Plugins or Updates admin pages. To download manually, visit your wpml.org account and go to Downloads. Follow the installation and upgrade instructions for complete details.
When you update WPML, be sure to update together all the components that you are using. Don’t use a mixture of new and older versions.

admin-ajax.php 404 not found.
We are aware of a problem with AJAX and will be fixed in our next release.
Should I revert the plugin to a previous version to solve it?
You could revert to 3.9.4 but our goal is to release 4.0.3 today so it might be worth waiting.

Thanks for your help,
I updated my website to the last release.
Now it’s impossibile to open even the user-side because the new release it’s generating an infinite loop. By the admin-side as soon as I try to edit the front page, it generates an infinite loop.
