Overview of the issue
When using Beaver Builder with WPML, content created using the new Component feature is not translatable in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). Neither the Components themselves nor their editable elements appear for translation.
Workaround
We are aware of this issue and our developers are working on a permanent fix.
