My translation request have always been fulfilled very fast / within a few days.
I’m also happy about the quality, rarely I had change small things (but I also have a very special site, with a lot of custom domain specific wordings).
Support is very fast if there are issues.
In the beginning I had to do a contract for each single (batch) request, but a general agreement is possible, leading to automatic translations based on a general contact.
