Problem:
The client was experiencing multiple issues with their website after attempting to update plugins and themes. These issues included language problems with the Revolution Slider, missing English titles, non-functioning sliders, an error message in the page editor, and a blank main slider when scrolling.
Solution:
First, we noticed that all WPML plugins were outdated. We recommended the client to check their server for limitations that might prevent updates from being applied and to update the Slider Revolution plugin to the latest version. After updating, they should recheck if the issue is resolved.
In a subsequent step, we suggested switching the Slider Revolution plugin to the SR7 Engine, which seemed to resolve the issues. We asked the client to verify if the problems were fixed by checking their website.
