Problem: The client is trying to make their website multilingual with Bulgarian as the main language and English as the secondary language. They are using the Cartflows Pro plugin for the checkout process and are unable to translate the checkout and thank-you page into English.
Solution: 1. Create a Cartflow in the original language. 2. In WPML > Settings > Post Types, set
cartflows_step
and
cartflows_flow
post types as translatable. 3. Translate the created Cartflow using WPML's duplicate feature. For more details, see the documentation: Displaying Untranslated Content on Pages in Secondary Languages. 4. Edit the duplicated Cartflow using the WordPress Standard Editor and set it to translate independently. 5. Clone each step using the Cartflows feature. 6. Delete the original steps. 7. Edit the cloned steps to update the title and link to the next step and save.
