Problem: The client was experiencing issues with translating pages on a WordPress multisite setup. They were redirected to a different subsite when attempting to work on translations. The client had already deactivated and reactivated the WPML plugins and re-registered the main site with a new key, but the issue persisted. It was later discovered that a hardcoded redirection was causing the problem.
Solution: We advised the client to review our documentation on Multilingual Support for WordPress Multisites. If the main site of the multisite installation is registered with WPML, all subsites are included in this registration. We provided links to our documentation:
