Problem: The client reported that all Arabic pages on their WPML-powered site had hreflang links pointing to themselves instead of the corresponding English pages. Additionally, the currency switcher was affected. Solution: We recommended deactivating most of the third-party plugins to isolate the issue. After deactivation, the hreflang links were corrected. We advised the client to reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the problematic plugin. We provided links to check the English and Arabic language switcher links to ensure they were displaying correctly.
