Problem:
When I try to access the Translation Management > Jobs or WPML > Translations page, I get an error "Jobs could not be loaded" and no jobs are displayed.
Solution:
The issue mostly is the database corruption and related to content that is translating (In Progress status) but was deleted. To fix this issue, you can follow steps below:
- Make a full backup of your site and database first.
- Access the database > edit the table "wp_icl_translation_status" > search for the status "2" > you will find some rows.
- Edit the row and change the status to 1.
