Problem: The client experienced an issue where after the initial installation of WPML, they ran out of credits, and despite restoring the site, pages were not accessible and credits were depleted. Solution: We advised the client that all work done using Automatic Translation is saved in the cloud under the site's unique ID, allowing the use of translation memory to reprocess translations without using additional credits. We confirmed that the client still had 112,234 credits available and as a one-time courtesy, we refunded the credits used. We recommended testing this by reprocessing a page to see if it resolves the issue without further credit deduction.
