Problem: The client's license key was not being accepted.
Solution: We discovered that the client's website was being blocked by our firewall rules. We have unblocked it, and the license key should now be accepted. We recommend clearing all sorts of caches if the issue persists before trying again.
Problem: The client is trying to activate a pay-to-use automated translation service on their website but encounters an error message stating 'you have invoice with debt' and cannot find the invoice with the debt. Solution: If you're experiencing issues with activating the pay-to-use automated translation because of an invoice with debt, we recommend the following steps to locate and manage your invoices: 1. Log in to your WPML.org account. 2. Use the 'Search past invoices' dropdown to select the timeframe you wish to view. 3. Additionally, you can access your Pay-As-You-Go invoices directly from your site's admin area: 1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Management and click the 'Tools' tab. 2. Expand the 'Invoices' sub-menu to download the invoice you need. Example of downloading an invoice from site admin
