Problem: If you're experiencing an issue where attempting to save a post in the main language after adding a translation throws an error related to ACF custom fields, specifically an error in
being incorrectly assumed as an ID when it is actually a post_name. Solution: We recommend applying a hotfix that ensures
get_post()
is called with an ID instead of post_name. This issue has been recognized and escalated for a fix in future versions of ACFML. The scheduled fix is for version 2.2.0, planned for release at the end of November.
