Problem: The client was experiencing an issue with translating a message displayed when an incorrect account login attempt was made on their website. They wanted to translate the English message into Thai.
Solution: 1. We deactivated and reactivated the String Translation plugin on the client's site and re-translated the string. After this, the translation appeared correctly in Thai.
2. We advised the client to search for the string in the "default" domain, which contains the default strings of WordPress. We also recommended enabling the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" on the String Translation page, reloading the login page to capture the untranslated string, and then searching for the string in the admin area. After finding and translating the string, we suggested disabling the option.
