Problem: The client did not receive a notification about their support ticket and requested it to be reopened. They were experiencing issues with translation memory not merging post-migration and performance issues due to insufficient server resources. Solution: We advised the client to provide the URLs of the old and new sites to assist in merging the translation memories. For the performance issues, we recommended increasing the WordPress memory limit to at least 256 MB by adding the following code to the
wp-config.php
file:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
This code should be placed just before the comment:

We also suggested checking the current server settings under WPML > Support > WordPress and contacting the hosting provider if the changes do not apply automatically.
