Problem: The client is unable to locate an invoice from a payment made on December 30, 2025. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend the following steps: 1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Dashboard and click on the Payment & Maintenance tab. 2. Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the invoice you need.
