The client identified a potential bug in the BB Poweraddons plugin that occurs when WPML attempts to translate a specific module within the plugin.
Solution: 1. We suggested that the client should filter the jobs tab and cancel any translation jobs that are stuck. 2. We asked the client to temporarily deactivate the BB Poweraddons plugin to determine if it resolves the issue. 3. We informed the client that if automatic translation is enabled, the jobs tab will be hidden. To access the jobs tab again, the client needs to disable automatic translation.
